Wow - what incredible wedding food!!!! We originally asked Blues Catering to provide our wedding breakfast and canapés as we loved the idea of sharing platters using our own home reared and sourced meats. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to use lamb from our farm, quail eggs, pigeon and venison for our canapés. The menu was perfect and tailored to suit us. Although the size of the celebration was hugely scaled down due to the restrictions nothing was too much hassle for Morgan, Kate and the team. We were competently looked after for the whole day and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The food was AMAZING! Every guest has commented that the food was the best wedding food they have ever tasted and we couldn't agree more. Thank you once again. We will definitely be using you in the near future. My son & newly made daughter-in-law employed the ...Blues team for their wedding day catering last weekend. Canapes. Outrageously good. Dinner. Not only served in the most efficient & well mannered way but hot & utterly delicious. Evening supper. Topped off a great day for anyone that could possibly manage to fit more food in, with (again) hot & delicious food! Our brides father bought the team into the hall for a polite “Thank You” round of applause. I’ve been to a lot of weddings in my time but I can honestly say, I have NEVER seen 60 people - many previously unknown to each other - unanimously raise the roof with appreciation in decibels completely disproportionate to their number. Kate & Morgan catered for our wedding and were utterly incredible! Everyone raved about the food (...and haven’t stopped!). We chose a relaxed feasting style with a selection of meats and salads brought to the table and it was perfect. Foodie heaven! We chose the Cajun chicken, Sticky pork ribs and Texas beef... Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you for making such a difference to our day.
